Nothing makes a stronger first impression to a potential Buyer than a home that is spotless.

A little time is often all it takes to make your property shine!

Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your home:

·        Make sure that every room is neat and tidy.

·        Be sure that the kitchen and Bathrooms shine!

·        Remove fingerprints from cupboards and walls.

·        Clean windows and mirrors to make them sparkle.

·        Tidy and organize all cupboards and closets.

·        Store Children’s games and toys neatly.

·        Keep pet areas clean and smelling fresh.

·        Tidy the yard, weed the garden, and plant a few flowers.

  • Paint rooms that may need a little freshening up.
  • Finish off any of those unfinished Projects.
  • De-personalize rooms so that Buyers can imagine their possessions in Your Home (eg. remove figurines, family portraits etc.)
